Pay for 5 Sessions and save- you will receive an email with a bundle code after purchase that you use to book your sessions. 

Sessions can be run online or in person (please email to arrange an in person session).

All sessions include worksheets, a summary of your session notes with tips on things to work on as well as other tools and workbooks relevant to your needs.
